•   Referrals – taken from medical personnel, hospitals, Regional Center or other
           public agencies, families, concerned individuals

•   Services
       – Home based program
       – Family connection activities in the community
       – Family training opportunities

•   Staff is composed of various disciplines
        – Special Education Teachers, Infant Educators, Speech and Language
             Pathologists, Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist, Teachers of the Visually
             Impaired, Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapist
