STUDENTS:

Teen Clinic from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Nurses Office. The nurse’s office will be closed during these hours -
ONLY EMERGENCIES will be seen at this time. (Nurses Office-23rd)

Please join in for this nationwide student led event called “See You at the Pole” where we will join in prayer to lift
up our country and Leaders as well as our High School, our Students, our Staff and Administrators along with any
other issues or concerns that come up at that time. We will meet at the Flag Pole in front of the Administration

building this Wednesday, September 24 starting at 7:00 a.m. going to right before the first bell around 7:28 a.m.

Attention anyone interested in playing Baseball this coming spring. There will be hitting and throwing workouts
Tuesday through Thursday out on the baseball field. Please see Coach Sugameli if you have any questions.
These are not mandatory but it would be a good idea to start getting ready now. (Sugameli-26th)

Come out and support your Marana Swim Tigers at their final home meet of the season against Rio Rico. Tonight
is also senior recognition night so come out and give an extra holler for our senior class of Kathy Acosta, Manuel
Arellano, Tamara Armstrong, Brindy Bringhurst, Olivia Ewing, John Hajek, Heather Horton, Nathan Prather,
Chelsea Rosenfeld, Danaka Walker, and Jake Weiss. (Brewer-25th)

Just a reminder that the YES Team meets every Tuesday in room J-3 at lunch. Bring your food and bring a
friend, and start making our school a better place to be! (Nystrom-24th)

Students, are you keeping up with your assignments? Do you need a place to study or the use of a computer to
do research or typing? Remember that the library is open after school for these very reasons on Tuesdays and
Thursdays. (Rabon-24th)

Attention sophomores and juniors. The PSAT, the practice SAT test, will take place Saturday, October 18 from
approximately 8 am – 12 noon here at Marana High School. The cost is $18. Sign up in the bookstore and pick
up your PSAT student guide. (Nystrom-24th)
