									     American Tribal Style Bellydance
      Zivah Serpentina
          At an unbelievable low price!
Have you always wondered just what American Tribal Style (ATS)
bellydance really is? It's more than just a different costuming look--find out
how dynamic and fun this unique bellydance format can be with Zivah's
approach to the theory and practice of group improvisational dancing. Core moves and basic guidelines
of the ATS approach to Middle Eastern dance will be introduced
and then put into practice with dance steps and combinations
used in Zivah's ATS skirt dances. After an introduction to ATS
and dancing with a skirt in the morning and afternoon sessions,
Zivah will complete the day by sharing tips, tricks, combos and
even a short choreo from her popular class, The Art of Sword
Dancing. Learn the secrets of wowing your audience with daring
sword moves that look much harder than they really are... and
enjoy an exclusive demonstration on how to perform Zivah's
signature sword dance step! Workshop participants will receive
extensive notes and ideas to take home and incorporate into their
own dance practice--no matter what your bellydance style, you'll
find a wealth of knowledge at this workshop.

Please bring a full (15-25 yard) skirt and a properly balanced
dance sword to get the most out of the sessions--but the props
are optional. You can learn the moves without them if necessary.
A limited number of skirts and swords will be available for
purchase at the workshop. Contact for
