       > Airline Private Fares allows air carriers who file fares with Air Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO)
         to provide agencies with private fare data directly into the Galileo 360° Fares database.
       > Airlines are able to file private fares and their corresponding rules and routes with ATPCO in the
         same manner as they file public fares for travel throughout the world.
       > Airline private fare data from ATPCO can be sent to Galileo via electronic transmission three
         times a day.
       > Agency productivity is increased because agencies require less time to maintain their own
         private fare records.

 Managed Private Network (CTO FMNS) (Connectivity Options)


       > The CTO FMNS (Managed Private Network) is a fully managed connectivity solution that offers a
         scaleable highly resilient infrastructure.
       > Access technologies include ADSL where price is a primary factor through to more robust technologies
         such as Frame Relay or Fibre.
       > If required, your agency can be configured with dual connections for added redundancy. The network is
         fully managed and supported by CTO via the GSC help desk.
       > Product Description
       > CTO/Galileo (or their contractor) provides and installs a Cisco router and an access circuit into the
         private network cloud from the agency location. The agency will be able to use this single service to
         access up to three key services, namely:
       > Galileo mainframe via the Galileo Desktop.
       > Optional connectivity to other branches of the same agency from within the private network. All sites that
         require site to site connectivity must each have a CTO FMNS connection.

         segment on Galileo with 1 point. Points can then be used to redeem cash equivalent Vouchers from well

           1 point is allocated for each positive NET air segment booked
           (NET = booked - cancelled ).
           • Minus (-1) point is allocated for each negative NET segment booked.
           • Points are automatically updated onto the website during the first week
           of the new month.
