3) Opening Public Participation: The public is invited to speak on any item or any area of concern. Please hold
comments on Public Hearing items until appropriate times. Items presented during the Public Participation portion of the
Agenda cannot be acted on by the Inter-Tribal Advisory Council. Individual ITAC members may ask questions of the public,
but are prohibited by the Open Meeting law from discussing or considering the item among themselves until the item is
officially placed on the ITAC’s agenda. Individuals are limited to a five-minute presentation.
