Dear Parent/Carer
                                   Lunchtime Recitals at The Acorn Centre

Over the past year I have introduced lunchtime recitals at the Acorn Centre for our talented
pupils. This is a great opportunity for the pupils to perform in public in a relaxed and informal
atmosphere. We have received really positive feedback from the pupils and also the general
public.

The final ‘Live at Lunch’ Recital for this term will be taking place on Wednesday 22nd June. It
will feature The Gospel Choir (in their robes), The Singers and The Chromatics.

The pupils should wear School uniform for this and we will meet at 12.50pm in the room 35, the
pupils then perform at the centre and leave so they have time for lunch.

If you wish to complete another excursion form then please do so. If I do not receive one from
you I will assume I can use the one you completed for the Mini Tour. The girls who are in
Singers and not Gospel will need to complete on as I do not have one for them.

The Acorn Centre have asked permission to use photos of the recitals in their magazine and
website. If you wish your child’s picture to be used please complete the tear off slip below.

I am really looking forward to showcasing our talent in this way.
