the BRIDES WEDDING GENIUS application for the Apple iPhone® and iPad®, the
most comprehensive mobile application ever created for brides on the go. This new
application expands upon the enormously successful Brides Dressing Room iPhone App to
include new features for getting inspiration, saving and organizing ideas, and even assigning
tasks to others and scheduling automatic reminders. Brides can access all the new features
from their iPhone, iPad, or web and keep all items synchronized in real time. The
BRIDES WEDDING GENIUS is the first mobile application to address the overwhelming
amount of content that brides must collect, organize, and execute in order to make their big

In the early stages of planning, a bride-to-be is searching for inspirations, so the BRIDES
WEDDING GENIUS provides 700+ dresses, bridesmaid dresses, videos, and helpful tips to
generate ideas and pick out their favorites. In addition, brides can use their iPhone to take
pictures of items they see and add it to the “inspirations” section of the application to review
later. As the wedding date gets closer, the BRIDES WEDDING GENIUS presents a
comprehensive to-do list based on the wedding date, and allows the bride to assign items to
others. The application sends periodic reminders to everyone assigned a task, and allows
them to update their status without having to track down the busy bride. This “virtual
assistant” is one of the first applications ever built to alleviate the challenges of coordinating
a wedding event.

Brides are highly motivated consumers, as evidenced in the success of the initial BRIDES
Dressing Room mobile application launched in October, 2009. This first incarnation
featured a vast selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaid dresses, and users were able to
browse dresses, save/send favorites and find retailers in their area. The application was
ranked in the top 2% (based on number of downloads, out of 180,000 apps), and was
the top bridal application in iTunes. The user engagement was also significant: over 8
million products were viewed in less than 9 months and each user views an average
of 156 products, six times more views than the average mobile shopping application.

The BRIDES Wedding Genius is available for free to iPhone and iPad users through iTunes,
with additional features available for a premium upgrade of $2.99.

GUIDES: The application builds upon the wedding gown and bridesmaid dress guides
previously available through Brides Dressing Room — adding travel, and jewelry categories.

DIGITAL WEDDING BINDER: With this feature ($2.99 introductory rate upgrade), users will
be able to sync to a Digital Wedding Binder website, so they can plan via a computer as well
as on their device. Within this binder, they’ll find:

      INSPIRATION FOLDERS which allow users to store and sort items found in the
       App’s guides, images from websites, and photos taken with digital cameras into
       customized folders.

      TASK TRACKER AND REMINDERS: A Task Tracker will allow brides to track and
       assign “to-do’s” for their weddings—a planning calendar can be created for each
       individual bride based on their wedding date, and they can assign wedding tasks to
       their friends and family via email.


BRIDES WEDDING GENIUS enables brides to centralize their wedding resources and
access them wherever and whenever they choose – through iPhone, iPad and a dedicated
website. All synchronize seamlessly for multi-platform curation.

Users can assign tasks to friends via emails to the assignee. Both iPhone and non iPhone
users may receive, and then reply with progress notification.
