Ice Cream Cone Recipe 2 egg whites 100g of sugar 85g of plain flour Preheat your oven to 150c, 130 fan (medium heat). Mix all the ingredients together into a paste. Make a template with acetate. Grease your baking tray really well. Using an off-set spatula spread 2 dessert spoons of the mixture evenly around the template. Bake in the oven for 8-10 mins or until browned on the edges. Check every minute after 5 mins though, to prevent burning. As soon as the tray is out of the oven, lift the cookie with a spatula and form into the cone shape with your hands, be careful not to burn yourself. Leave to cool and then decorate. To make chocolate cones replace 25g of the flour with coco powder.
