FREE TUTORING SERVICES

How can I sign up? Students may sign up for free tutoring online only at http://www.csunbha.org and then click into Tutoring. 2 Business-day advance sign up is required. When can I sign up? The Fall 2009 tutoring service begins September 14, Monday. Sign up begins September 9, Wednesday. The last day of free tutoring services is December 2, Wednesday; and the last day to sign up is November 30, Monday. How many sessions can I sign up? Students can sign up for 2 hours of tutoring per subject, per week. Please come prepared with textbooks & notes. Unprepared students will be advised to leave & come back only when they are prepared What should I do if I need to cancel my tutoring appointment? (1) To help our tutors better serve you, we request a 24-hour advance notice for cancellation. To cancel, please use the cancellation link provided in the confirmation email sent to your email account after you booked an appointment. (2) If you have deleted the confirmation email and do not have access to the cancellation link, please send an email to bhatutor@gmail.com with subject line: Cancel Tutoring Session. (3) Please DO NOT call (818) 677 – 3100 What if I am late for my tutoring appointment? Tutors will wait for 15 minutes before they leave. If you have arrived much later than that you will not receive tutoring service for that session. Please contact bhatutor@gmail.com so that you will not be considered NO SHOW. What if my tutor did not show up for the appointment? Please send an email to bhatutor@gmail.com with subject line: Tutor No SHOW. The Business Honors Tutoring Program will follow up on this case and will try our best to enhance our tutoring services. How would NO SHOW affect me as a tutee? The Business Honors Tutoring Program reserves the rights NOT to provide further tutoring services to tutees who have more than two NO SHOWs in one semester.
