    Project leader on 20K sq. ft. C1/D1 expansion and associated production equipment. Project completed
        ahead of schedule and on budget (Total Project cost was $7MM).
    Supervised and led the engineering and maintenance functions of 4 facilities totaling over 600K sq. ft.
    Monitor all phases of planning and construction, including pre-bid, bid review and contract award for all
        renovation and new construction projects for the corporation.
    Oversaw all budgets, labor, material costs and ensured contract between company and contractor were in
        agreement.
    Hired, led, trained and provided technical support to supervisors, operation and maintenance employees
        involved in manufacturing.


Plant Engineer - Therma Tru. Butler, IN                                                             1992 - 1996
     Project Engineer for the construction of a 75K sq. ft. warehouse expansion that was completed on time and
        under budget.
     Project leader/designer on a new flush glazed patio door system which saved over $100k annually in labor
        due to this automated assembly line.
     Project manager for a $1MM multi-stage renovation of the door manufacturing equipment.
     Oversaw the maintenance department and preventative maintenance program (CMMS) which also
        included the development of annual maintenance budget and capital projects.
     Accountable for all aspects of environmental compliance associated with the reporting and tracking of all
        hazardous and nonhazardous chemicals to the federal, state and local agencies.


Manufacturing/Plant Engineer - Elkhart Products. Geneva, IN                                           1989 - 1992
    Directed outside contractors involving various types of capital projects.
    Project Engineer for a new 6K sq .ft. corporate office and a new state of the art digital communication
       system.
    Completed cleanup of over 300 unknown chemicals without any prior EH&S knowledge. This began my
       EH&S career.
    In charge of the engineering department during the managers absence.


Electrical Field Engineer - Bechtel, Inc.. Various Locations                                         1986 - 1989
     Directed and mentored craft personnel involving problem resolution of electrical raceway installation, fire
         protection systems and electrical equipment installation.
     Lead Electrical Termination Engineer for all of second shift.
     Oversaw certified acceptance of cable tie-ins for permanent plant operations.
     Received the coveted "employee of the month" award for performance excellence.
       Involved in the review, preparation and follow-up completion of mechanical work packages to the field for
        the refueling outage of Unit #2 reactor.
       Redesigned the main reactor conduit runs from the main elevation to the reactor (600') and saved the
        client $250K.
