Teams with members under 18 years of age must also attach a Standard Entry form with parents or guardians signature. All teams must supply one volunteer helper. Teams that do not supply a volunteer helper on their allocated day will be disqualified. Entries will only be accepted on the standard HRCAV team entry form.. All riders must present valid membership and showjumping performance cards. Failure to do so will result in riding HC. All riders must present to gear check at least 20 minutes prior to riding. Competitors must provide their own bridle or saddle cloth numbers. Approved safety helmets must be worn at all times while mounted. There will be no refunds after closing date unless accompanied by a medical or veterinary certificate to be received by the event secretary no later than the th 24 September 2012. All refunds will be minus a $10 admin fee. Protests must be lodged within 30 minutes of interim results and must be accompanied by a $20 deposit. Disputes regarding team placings must be accompanied by a refundable fee of $20. The ground jury’s decision is final. No secondary protests can be entered. NVSJC does not accept any liability for accidents, damage injury, illness or loss to any person, horse or property. Random swabbing may occur. The organisers reserve the right to cancel any class or competition; to divide any class; to alter the advertised times; to refuse entry with or without stating the reason. Competitors must ride at their assessed level. * AM7 and 2 Phase eligible for performance points on cards. Prizes must be collected during the event, only cards and sashes will be mailed out after the event.
