Login
To gain access the Tripp Intranet Site you must first login using the
credentials given to you.

Enter you Login and Password into the appropriate text boxes and click the
“Login” Button”. Once logged in you will be directed to either the Welcome
Page or a page that you requested before you were authenticated.

Notifications

Any notifications from Head Office are displayed at the bottom of each page.

Managers
If you have Manager Permissions then you can access the Manager’s area of
the Intranet. The below sections outline the functionality within the section


Daily Sales Report
To access Real Time sales data you must first enter some criteria before
running the report.

Start Date: Starting date of the report to analyse data.
End Date: Ending date of the report to analyse data.
Week No: Tripp week number for the report to span.
Year: Corresponding year for the Tripp week number.
Branch: Either select All Branches or and individual Branch.

Entering a week number overwrites the Start and End Dates

Clicking the “Run Report” button will generate the report.

The report may take a minute or so to run depending on the criterion that is
selected.

Viewing the Report

Once the report has loaded the data is grouped across the top showing the
week numbers and related dates. The left hand side of the report initially
displays the chosen Branch/es. The Branch groupings can be expanded by
clicking on the “+” symbol to show the sales figures grouped by Collection for
the expanded Branch. The Collection grouping can also be expanded to
display the figures for each item within the chosen Collection. The Group
Headers will follow any scrolling action. Group sections can be collapsed by
clicking the appropriate “-“ symbol.

Printing the Report

Clicking on the print icon to the top right of the report area within the tool bar
allows you to actually print the report. The first time you actually click this
button you may be prompted to download an Active X control to enable
printing. If you are prompted to install this programme please follow the on-
screen instructions.

Refreshing the Report

If you require to refresh the report data click on the Refresh icon on the
Toolbar. This will refresh the report data with the most current data in the
system. You may be tempted to use the Browser refresh option to refresh the
entire page. Doing this will not guarantee returning the most recent data.

Exporting the Report

You may also wish to export the data to Excel or PDF format. Simply select
the chosen format from the Select Format drop down and click the Export link.
This will open the report in a new window using the chosen programme for the
format you selected. There are other formats available to select but these are
not to be recommended.

Report Paging

The report may span more than one page. If so you can page through the
report by using the paging controls on the Toolbar.

Other Sections
All other sections within the Manager Section are still under development.

Delivery
Delivery Confirmation

Enter either a Purchases Order Number or Transfer Order No or leave blank
to return all current Deliveries and click Search. All deliveries matching the
input criterion are returned.

Click on the “Enter Receipt” link to view the details of the Delivery. This will
return a list of all items on the Delivery. Enter the number received in the “Qty
Received” text box for each item. Once you are ready to submit the receipt
click the “Submit Receipts” button.

Delivery Enquiry
Initially this page loads with all outstanding Deliveries for your Branch. The list
is separated into to sections; Third Party Deliveries and Tripp Transfers.

The groups are initially collapsed when the page first loads. To expand a
Header, click on the Delivery Header Bar. The Delivery items are listed
showing Item No, Description, Quantities and Outstanding Quantities.

To search historical Deliveries enter a Start and End Date by clicking the
related text box. This will pop up a calendar for selecting appropriate dates.
Click the “Search Button” to return the results for your chosen date range.

The search results section operates in the same way as the Current Delivery
section. Clicking on a delivery header will show the detail of that Delivery.

Products
Stock Enquiry
This section allows you query current item stock levels.

You must enter either
    Full or partial product number
    Item barcode
    Full or partial Item Description

Once you have entered your search criteria click the “Search” button to
retrieve the results.

The search results returns a list of items that match the search criteria with
current stock levels for your Branch

Clicking on the “View” link will open the Item Details page, which displays full
details of the selected item.
Note: The item image may not be an accurate representation of the actual
item. The “Transfer” link is not currently operational

Transfer Stock
To create a Stock Transfer either enter a full or partial Product No or the
Product Barcode and click the “Search Button”.

If there is more than one item returned from the search then click on the
“Transfer” link to begin the transfer. If there is only one item returned then the
Transfer page is displayed.

In the Transfer Stock Screen enter the Amount to Transfer and select the
Transfer From and Transfer To Location and click the “Transfer Button”.




Write Off Stock
This page is similar the Transfer Stock page where you search for a Product
using either a product number or barcode and click the “Search” button.

From the search results enter the number of items to write off, select a reason
code and some descriptive text and then click the “Write Off” button,

This section simply provides links to an archive of Trippwire documents. Click
