UNDP “Support to the Increase of Access and Transparency of the Court System in Georgia”
                              Project manager
Job Content
  a) Responsible for providing leadership and oversight of Project implementation activities;
  b) Assist UNDP Programme Analyst in identification of program directions of involvement,
     strategy development and planning, elaboration of relevant documentation;
  c) Ensure coordination with the Court System and UNDP;
  d) Draft proposals for fund-raising purposes;
  e) Ensure coordination and timely reporting on Project implementation activities, including
     procurement, disbursement, preparation of consolidated work programs, budgets, monthly,
     quarterly and annual financial and progress reports;
  f) Establish project schedule and operating procedures;
  g) Ensure consistency of the project activities with the project work plan;
  h) Undertake periodic updates of plans including cost estimates, based on UNDP Project
     Document;
  i) Provide supervision/consultations to interested stakeholders (trainings, seminars, workshops,
     roundtables, etc.);
  j) Supervise, monitor, evaluate and report on Project activities;
  k) Provide day-to-day supervision and monitoring of the Project;
  l) Assist UNDP Programme Analyst in liaising and ensuring coordination with relevant donors
     and government agencies;
  m) Represent UNDP in Inter Agency Coordination Council working on Criminal Justice reform;
  n) Coordinate activities of the Project with the ongoing Justice System reforms;

  p) Develop materials aimed at public education in national legislation and international Human

     correspondence, etc);
