                                             NOTICE OF EVICTION
                                          FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT
                                                N.R.S. 40.253


         TAKE NOTICE, as tenant of the above premises, that you have the alternative of bringing current your

present rent arrearage which is in the amount of $________________, or surrender and quit the premises on or

before noon of the fifth judicial day following receipt of this notice of eviction.

         FAILURE on your part to elect between the above stated alternatives will lead to an application by me to the

Justice Court for an Order directing the Sheriff or Constable to evict you.

         If the tenant wishes to contest said notice he MUST FILE WITHIN FIVE (5) JUDICIAL DAYS AFTER

SERVICE OF THIS NOTICE, AN AFFIDAVIT (sworn statement) with the Justice Court of Pahrump Township that he

has tendered payment or is not in default in payment of rent. If such an affidavit is not filed, the tenant is subject to

immediate eviction on the sixth judicial day.

             If the tenant pays for a period of one week or less and the tenancy has lasted for 45 days or less,

the landlord has the option of using this type of notice, or a four day notice. (See Form 20)
