Lisa Ho provided an overview of the CTC Collaboration Site.
3.3 Security Groups Status – Mig (10:30 – 10:40)
Report from Mig Hofmann on the Vulnerability Management Group and reactivation of working groups for
a change control standard and new e-waste solution updates.
4.0 Campus Update Reports (10:40 – 11:00)
Network Updates – Report from Jack Tse on the following network updates: Down-link switch
replacements, Aruba Wireless implementation, InCommon certification, ForeFront notification and data
jack labeling.
ACTION: Provide some suggestions to maintain data jack labeling; standard way of labeling – Jack will
send out a message to respond to on the way your constituents would like this done.
Academic Technology Winter Institute – Report from Maggie about hosting the 1-day institute for
faculty education in deliverying enhanced technology-based courses.

CIO search - A search committee (a complete list will be included in an upcoming CampusMemo) has
been formed. A consulting group is currently managing the search with a target date of early spring for
open campus interviews.
