P
           rincipal leadership is not dependent on the position that we have, but
           what we do when we are in that position. While so many busy leaders to
           seek support and try to grab a seat, but they often forget that it is precisely
the most important is what they do when you are in that position.


Many experienced leaders who have been working to provide the best for the
company, with a 'boost' team. Very reasonable for a leader to reprimand his
subordinates, does not that is a function of leadership is to be the 'judge' to explicitly
say what is allowed and what is not. However, this began to be unnatural, as
reprimand or directives given even more to make the team more demotivating and
dysfunction (not running). As a result, the expectation that an employer it must be
hand in hand with his men to meet the goal, began to blur.
                           The most needed now is a leader who can be a role model
                           combines elements of 'YING' and 'YANG'. Symbol 'YING'
                           and 'YANG' in Eastern philosophy is often a symbol of
                           balance. Great leader, first of all should symbolize the 'A' in
                           the sense of achieving the target, chase turnover, improve
                           results, showing better performance along with his team


The second element, which also should not be overlooked ie: 'YING', talking about
faith, closeness and                                      caring relationships with
subordinates. In this                                     context, a lot of leaders who
fail because it is so                                     feared by his subordinates, to
the extent that there is                                  any problem, his subordinates
attempted to resolve                                      alone, and do not dare to report.
Of course this is not a                                   favorable condition. So did
many leaders who feel no need to develop the elements 'YING' in their leadership
because the effect would be too mushy feel or fear that it will instead be used by
