					C. Most likely I would try to work with them to see if I can get them on the right track so they can
contribute, if not the only thing possible would be to let them go. An ineffective team member is a
member of a collaborative group who fails to pull their own weight and effectively contribute their fair
share to group efforts. In effective team members don’t pull their weight, are unwilling to share, not
worthy of trust, blame other members and make excuses for their own mistakes, and lack sensitivity. If
our group has or had such a member I believe the best case scenario in any instance is to just simply let
