Spearheaded two successful projects awarded with LEED Gold: (1) ground-up development of 115,000-

Shared subject matter expertise to an international team that developed 250,000 square feet of US-standard

Oversaw several energy conservation projects encompassing lighting retrofits, improved HVAC systems
and controls, as well as strict implementation of building practices to generate savings through reduced
