TASTING NOTES


          Color
          Pale yellow with shades of green, young.

          Nose
          Very fruity, fresh nose with pleasant citron, green apples,
          gooseberry and grapefruit flavours.

          Palate
          A refreshing dry white with tangy flavours of green and yellow
          fruit.




 FOOD PAIRING


Delicate seafood as crab, prawns, oysters. Vegetables such as grilled
asparagus, olives and peppers. Pasta primavera, goat cheese and summer
salads. Chicken and egg-based dishes. It will also enhance mildly spicy Asian
or Indian cuisine.
It makes delicious drinking now, as young wine, but can be cellared for 2 years
from vintage if stored horizontally in a cool dark place. Once open, enjoy within
two days.
Best when served cool between 10-12°C

This wine is delicious with fish, shellfish and seafood dishes, pasta

         and hits of red apple and pear.
         A mouth-filling array of flavors, with crisp acidity and a clean finish.




 FOOD PAIRING

Serve lightly chilled, as an apéritif with hors d’oeuvre or to accompany light fish
and poultry dishes. A luscious, versatile wine for outdoor entertaining. Pairs
nicely with summer salads, grilled vegetables, and sushi. This style of wine is

         Very fruity, with complex black cherry, cassis, spices and blueberry
         aromas on the nose. Soft berries and mocha coffee.

         Palate
         The palate is beautifully crafted with luscious fruit hung on silky
         tannins. Excellent persistence to finish.




 FOOD PAIRING

Great with red meats, roasted duck or chicken, pork, pizza, and aged
cheese. Beautiful with entrecote and fried fish.
Very good now if you try it now but a further maturation will reward.
Best when served between 16-18°C

           Round    and    voluptuous,    full-flavoured and concentrated.
           Silky texture with fine tannins and good weight of fruit.
           Smooth and well-balanced with a long finish.




 FOOD PAIRING

Pair it nicely with duck sausages, blue cheese, Brie, Camembert, lentil soup and
spicy green curry.
Perfect with Ossobuco (veal shanks), meat cannelloni, chicken tacos, grilled
chicken and pork loin. Excellent with nutella pancakes.
Serve at room temperature (16-18°C) (61-64°F).
You can enjoy this wine today but it can be cellared for 4 to 5 years.

Carmenére from the Cachapoal Valley, Chile.
