   Develop an innovative attitude to approach and welcome TG in
    social promoting services and in adequate structures for
    guidance and training.

   Develop a self-guidance attitude in the TG, using all the paths
    the project highlighted and made accessible. To make the TG
    more confident and able to change constantly.
   Promote project and/or create new services aiming at setting
    new professional paths, at empowering new integrative skills in
    the “disadvantaged subjects”.

   Beneficials
All the residents in the 27 Municipalities, aging between 20 years 40 years
    ols, featured by a social, economic, environment, unempoloyment
    disadvantaged circumstances could be the beneficials of guidance,
    couseling and supporting actions. The total amount of papers are 350:
    122 are filled by men and 228 be women.

   Final beneficials
60 residents,selected as TG by means of an evaluation grid (Ideal Profile).
   The technical-scientific Commettee and the Piloting Commettee fill the
   grid, mark the main aspects and select the TG according to the results.

PROCEDURE
 Initiative information spreading and advertisement.
 Operators training on filling the collecting instruments and privacy
  devices
 Opening, in the Municipality seats, front-office desk to welcome
  beneficials and provide the COLLECTING PAPERS
 Collecting, screening and processing all the data belonging to the

    collecting papers.

    Semi-structured, individual and/or group interviews are arranged with a skilled
    staff aiming at creating the TG.

 Shorten the distance existing between companies and social services by means
   of guidance and training

   regards to guidance:

 Counselling in the education and training stage

The resource centre makes available for users:
 Internet by means of it people have the chance to use information

METHODOLOGY BACKGROUND

In the training operations will be significant:
 The professional profile choice
 The specific fiels with reference to competences and skills to acquire
 Test the training operation up to the sufficient level
 Take into consideration all the motivations, which can support or affect a
    successfull training path

PROFILE CHOICE
A brainstoring interview is reached, considering some employment spaces
   and some restrictions:
 An economy market with some employment spaces, but featured by a
   low capability of integration
 The TG is composed of young people without any specializations

The identified profile:
“Technician in the promoting of small and medium photovoltaic plants”

It is not officially encoded in the Region regulations, because it is a new and not yet
     tested competence. Therefore the staff has the task to define the profile and
     show it to the Region proper bodies

The small and medium photovoltaic plants promoter operates in the social context
  with the following tasks:

   Motivate behaviours and choices addressed in favour of photovoltaic
   Collect and coordinate agreements in favour of photovoltaic plants
   Arrange projects drafts, defining needs and powers, with reference to the
    structure and economic resources
   Identify professional, technological and financial resources
   Facilitate the impact between market and bodies
   Follow the plants construction and implementation
   Study and arrange communication plans, in cooperation with public bodies,
    financial bodies and companies

MOTIVATIONS SUPPORTING THE CHOICE

 The solar energy is an important reality in the field of renewable energy
  sources
 At international level there is a general support to policies facilitating the
  spreading of photovoltaic plants
 In some Italian region as well there are some promoting official plans
 The Italian government promulgate two important acts:
  a) Law Decree dated 9/12/2003 no387 Implementation of
         2001/77/CE Directive on promoting renewable sources
         b) Minister Decree dated 28/07/2005 and 06/02/2006- Criteria for
            the use of renewabòe energy by means of photovoltaic plants
in Puglia and Salento it is noticeable a a first interest towards this field,
   some funds are allocated, but its development is still far

  following the same training path of 230 hours of training, internship and
  80 hours of crossing contenents included.
