Jivamukti Yoga Retreat in Paradise
“The Practice of Deep Listening”
April 2-9, 2011
Xinalani Retreat, Mexico
Matthew Satyavira Lombardo and Christian Montegut
Matthew Lombardo and Christian Montegut invite you to tune into a seven-day vibrational journey
at the eco-chic Xinalani resort center on the Pacific coast of Mexico where an untouched Mexican
jungle merges into the pristine Ocean. In nature, the sounds of elemental and animal beings along
with inspirational music and evening kirtan will allow us to connect with our own inner sound
through the practice of Nada Yoga, one of the five tenets of the Jivamukti Yoga method.
Through daily meditation, delicious meditative vegan meals and invigorating Asana practice, the
retreat will be an exploration of the vibratory nature of the mind and body. The practice of Nada
Yoga is a practice of deep listening. By tuning the body through properly composed vinyasa,
asana practice opens the yogi to perception and experience of herself/himself in ways that were
previously not possible. The ability to perceive our subtle bodies enables us to perceive the subtle
vibration all around us. The result is profound healing, and the feeling that everything is part one
