To Whom It May Concern: It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Wilma Flinestone. I have worked with Ms. Flinestone for several years. As the __________________, Ms. Flinestone and I were both a part of the __________________ and therefore worked very closely together. She is an excellent team player and very easy to work with. I find Ms. Flinestone to be an outstanding ________________ teacher. Her class room is always well structured and she has excellent classroom management. She has a genuine concern for all of her students and is a strong advocate for their rights. In teaching her students Ms. Flinestone displays a keen awareness of the learning styles of each one and is always in search of new teaching strategies. Not only does Ms. Flinestone show an interest in the educational needs of her students but she also shows a keen interest in their social and emotional needs as well. I have personally noticed the growth and increased confidence of many of her students as a direct result of Ms. Flinestone’s working with them.
