                  Significant Importance for Tree Tops Property Owners

                      Real Estate Sign Amendment to our Declaration
Recently, a significant number of real estate signs have been erected in the Tree Tops neighborhood. Due
to the fact that each property is listed with a different real estate entity, the signs and posts are of different
colorations, print size, etc. From an appearance standpoint, potential property owners may think a
multitude of thoughts when visiting Tree Tops for the first time, none of which is usually positive.

To help maintain property values and neighborhood esteem within the Westchase community, it is
essential that we move towards a standard real estate sign designed specifically for our neighborhood
which would reflect the status our neighborhood is trying to maintain. This signage would be lower to the
ground, and a sketch of such is attached for your perusal. This would be the only type of real estate sign
allowed in Tree Tops and would be similar to what other communities have moved towards. The real
estate sign would be purchased by the real estate agent listing your home. A cost sheet is also attached to
this newsletter.

It is important that you take the time to read this enclosure and place your vote!!!!! Please lend your
support in upholding the status of our neighborhood. In order to pass this amendment to the declaration
we need 67 proxies signed and returned. You can return your proxies in one of three ways:

           1. Mail in your proxy to First Choice Management at:

               First Choice Association Management
               4174 Woodlands Parkway
               Palm Harbor, Florida 34685
               Attn: Jerry Massie

           2. Drop off your proxy at 10712 Beagle Run Place in the box on the front porch.

           3. Fax your proxy to First Choice to the attention of Jerry Massie at (727) 787-5725

REMEMBER: THIS ACTION IS BEING TAKEN ON BEHALF OF EACH PROPERTY OWNER WITHIN THE TREE TOPS
NEIGHBORHOOD. EACH VOTE COUNTS!!!!!

Gate Times

Given all the accidents and issues with the gates along with all the construction in the
neighborhood the gates have been programmed to be open from 6am – 6pm Monday
through Friday.

Lot Sale

9532 Tree Tops Lake Road has been sold and plans are underway for a home to be
constructed in the near future. This leaves only one lot left to sell in Tree Tops.
