                 Chief Operating Officer
                 WDS was a computer maintenance company with $50 million in revenue and 100 employees holding maintenance
                contracts and other service agreements largely with Federal Government customers in the Washington, DC area.
                 The business of this company was to maintain computer equipment and other electronic systems.
                 Responsibilities were to manage the company on a day to day basis; all employees reported to me. During my time,
                a software company was acquired; all those employees also reported to me.

                A partner and I started this marketing consulting firm. We provided consulting services to companies doing business
                with the Federal Government. Business planning, business development, marketing training, and RFP (Request for
                Proposal) response planning, contracting, and bid generation were some of the services provided.
                Washington Data Systems was one of our clients; the CEO and owner of WDS hired me to become its Chief
                Operating Officer.

                Substitute Teacher and Football Coach
                 I began to substitute teach in Bowie High School, Bowie, MD which is the town in which my wife and I raised our
                six children. I was noted for maintaining control in the classroom while teaching the subject matter. Also, I
                instituted a grade improvement program on the football team which resulted in an increase in the average grades of
                the entire team from 2.1 to 2.7 in the first year of the program.
01/65 – 05/91   IBM Corporation, National Federal Marketing, Washington, DC

                   Systems Engineer – Worked with the intelligence community, teaching and guiding customers in the use of
                    IBM computers.

                   Marketing Representative – Responsible for computer sales at a large customer facility in the intelligence

                   National Federal Marketing Staff – Responsible for analysis of all computer sales in the Federal government;
                    also responsible for sales training module development and instruction for IBM Federal sales force.

                   Sales Management – Responsible for managing a group of sales personnel in achieving sales quotas; included
                    career development and promotions; hiring and firing of sales personnel. Through many advancements, I rose to
                    the executive level and retired from IBM in May of 1991.

                   I was honored with Salesman of the Year and manager of the year in National Federal Marketing. I also
                    attended numerous management training sessions during my 17 years as a manager in IBM.

07/64 – 12/64   Defense Intelligence Agency, US Department of Defense, Arlington, VA
                Weapons effects analyses and the preparation of a Target Analysis Handbook were my major responsibilities. A
                revision to the handbook, which was authored by another employee and me, was highly regarded because of
                significantly improved results in field operations. The revisions were based on mathematics of statistics and
