T MAGAZINE TO HOLD STAR STUDDED MILAN FASHION WEEK EVENT TO CELEBRATE GLOBAL EXPANSION
Paris, September 14, 2007: The New York Times Media Group today announced that it will celebrate the forthcoming launch of T Magazine Online and the launch of T: The International Herald Tribune Style Magazine at a chic, late night party during Milan Fashion Week. The event will attract some of the most influential leaders in the luxury industry; high profile designers; CEOs and heads of business. It will be hosted by New York Times Co. executives, world renowned fashion editor Suzy Menkes and T Magazine editor Stefano Tonchi. Invitees will include Miuccia Prada, Anna Wintour, Sergio Rossi, Massimo Ferragamo, Roberto Cavalli, Margherita Missoni, Frida Gianni, Giorgio Armani, Giambasti Valli, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana. Stefano Tonchi, editor of T, said: “It is the outstanding work of our world-renowned editors, writers, photographers and designers that is enabling us to expand the T brand online and internationally with the International Herald Tribune. This exciting development deserves to be celebrated and Milan fashion week is the perfect moment to celebrate with our industry peers and some of our cover stars, too.” The event will be held at the Triennale di Milano, an exhibition space dedicated to nurturing Italy’s emerging design trends. The 500 guests will be able to view a custom installation designed by Ico Migliore showcasing animated images and photography commissioned by T Magazine. T: The International Herald Tribune Style Magazine will debut at the International Herald Tribune’s luxury conference in Moscow on November 28 – 29 and will be distributed inside the newspaper from December 1.

T Magazine online will launch on December 2. The new site will be a stylish platform for advertisers in the luxury industry and for readers, bringing the visually rich, dynamic content of the award-winning magazine to the Web.
