By signing this contract, the below named organization has agreed to participate in the Web Alive program offered by Callahan Marketing &

THIS AGREEMENT is made this day, the _____of__________, 200___between Callahan Marketing & Advertising, Inc. and the Participating Client
(“PC”) at the top of this Agreement.

          NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants, conditions, and provisions set forth herein and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

          1. At least fifty percent required at signing, prior to any updates.
          2. Collateral Material: PC shall provide CMA, Inc. with all necessary company information to be used in website.
          3. This service contract does not include the overall design, layout, or structure of the website; design, structural changes. The
          creation of additional pages, theme or design change or buttons will incur additional fees.
          4. Minimum one year contract.
          5. Time is recorded by the hour and will be rounded up.
          6. Updates received after 3PM will be considered received the next business day.
