							Dear Sir or Madam,

We are four students in Foreign Trade at the Institute Sainte Marie Liège in
Belgium.

This year, with the support of AWEX (the Walloon Export Agency in Belgium),
we are doing a commercial mission and are required to represent a Belgian
company in Bulgaria.

We represent ETS Denis that is specialized in machines and all kinds of equipment
for bakeries and pastries.

We created a website (vide infra) where you can find information about us, the
company we represent, its products and our commercial mission.

We are going to Sofia from 14th to 21st March to promote these products and to
visit some companies for our mission.

Therefore, we are pleased to invite you to our cocktail party that we are
organizing in our hotel on 18th March at 18:00. On this occasion we will be
showing you our products and we will give you further information about them.

Please confirm by e-mail as soon as possible if you wish to attend this cocktail
party. Should you not be able to come, could you let us know whether we could
visit your company? If it suits you, we would be happy to visit your company at
any time during our commercial mission in order to show you our products.
