									Operation Instructions for
   Stepless Dumper
     (GAG65500A)
Dear users:
Thank you for buying our product. We hope you will enjoy using our product. This instruction
manual can ensure you use our product properly. We hope you will read the operation and
safety instructions carefully to ensure normal operation of the dumper and prolong its service
life.

To ensure above possibility, please use original accessories or parts.
If accessories or parts other than the originals are used, the customer or user will give up the
right to claim for any quality problems.

Usage and restriction
The dumper is mainly used for transporting various agricultural or construction materials. Only
original devices and accessories can be used. Using any devices or accessories other than
the original ones is prohibited and will directly affect the warranty period as well as the safety
of the user and others.

Safety precautions and accident avoiding methods
You can find some instructions and notices such as warning signs both on the dumper and in
the manual you are reading now. In these cases please read them carefully to avoid danger.
So it is suggested to use some special warnings to alert the user and others.

Warning! Carefully read the operation instruction of the gasoline engine and this manual
before operation. No person who is not familiar with these instructions is allowed to operate
the dumper.

      1. Young person under 16 is not allowed to operate the dumper.

     2. When operating the dumper, the operator should ensure that there is no other person
     within its operation range, especially children. Please remember that you are
responsible for the safety of both you and others.

      3. Be careful when you are operating the dumper or driving it on an uneven road or
      through an intersection of roads.

      4. Start the gasoline engine from behind the operating board.

      5. Be sure to turn off the engine before transporting, repairing, cleaning the dumper or
      replacing parts on it.

      6. Please turn off the gasoline engine before leaving the dumper.

      7. Do not start the gasoline engine in an enclosed room as this may generate a large
      amount of CO2 and exhaust.

            8. Warning! Engine oil and gasoline are flammable liquid. Do not refill the gasoline
engine in an enclosed room or when the gasoline engine is operating. Do not smoke and
observe if there is leakage of engine oil and gasoline from the gasoline tank. If it is so, the
dumper should be moved to another place immediately to avoid fire. After all gasoline has
volatilized thoroughly, replace the gasoline cap and tank.

9. Please pay attention to the exhaust pipe. The area near the exhaust pipe can be 80℃ or
more.
      Risk of burning!!!

10. Do not use the dumper in a place with more than 10º slope as this can result in overload.
If you are using it in an inclined place, please be carefully when turning.
11. Do not carry person with the dumper.

      12. The rated capacity of the dumper is 500kg on flat ground and 380kg on 10º slope.
      Do not place any object with a height exceeding the user's sight line on the dumper. Do
not place any object larger than the dumper on the dumper.
13. Do not run at a high speed on a slippery surface.

14. Do not use the dumper at night.



16. Before operating the dumper, carefully check the tightness of screws and nuts in every
connection parts. If any one is found loose, tighten it before starting the dumper.
17. If the dumper is operated improperly, or is repaired or maintained by an unauthorized
repair person, or any accessories or parts other than original ones are used, the warranty and
liability of the manufacturer will be released.

Assembly of the dumper
The dumper is packed as a whole during transporting to the destination. Please do not modify
its mechanical structure without permission of the manufacturer.
Handling of the dumper should be conducted by professionals.

The operating environment temperature of the dumper is -30℃~40℃. When starting the
gasoline engine, please refer to the instruction manual of the engine.
Note: Never operate it with a single hand.

Description of starting
Before starting the gasoline engine, please refill gasoline and engine oil according to the
regulations described in its instruction manual. To start the engine, please turn the key
counterclockwise to ON (Figure 1), turn the white handle clockwise to CHOKE (Figure 3),
press the oil pump (Figure 4) for several times, draw the starting handle rapidly. After the
engine has started and runs stably, turn the white handle to RUN (Figure 3).
The machine with electric start switch, convenient arm strength
or smaller space for smaller hands to start to use. Open the
switch box will be inside the plug from the socket has been good
preparation; press the switch-box side of the red button when
the gasoline engine to start after unplugging, switch box will
be automatically closed. And can normal use.
Description of operation (Figure 6)
Forward position:
Push the Forward/Backward handle to Forward position, turn the throttle handle
counterclockwise to disengage the stepless clutch, the dumper begins to go forward and
stops when it is released.
Backward position:
Push the Forward/Backward handle to Backward position, turn the throttle handle
counterclockwise to disengage the stepless clutch, the dumper begins to go backward and
stops when it is released. Please pay attention to obstacles on the ground.
Tipping the skip bucket:
Push the skip bucket lifting handle to RAISE position, turn the throttle handle
counterclockwise to disengage the stepless clutch, the skip bucket raises and stops when it is
released. Pull the skip bucket lifting handle to the LOWER position, turn the throttle handle
counterclockwise to disengage the stepless clutch, the skip bucket lowers and stops when it
is released. The skip bucket must be lowered to the original position when it is lowered (its
bottom must contact with the two bearing blocks) (Figure 7) (There are limit devices for skip
bucket raising and lowering. The conditions of the limit devices shall be checked regularly.)

Final works: after you've completed your work, park the dumper on flat and stable ground,
turn the key counterclockwise to OFF (Figure 1). The gasoline engine will turn off. Pull out the
key.

How to maintain and store
Prior to storage, check all nuts, screws and bolts for tightness to ensure the dumper is in good
operation and safe state before operation. Allow the engine to cool down before storage.
Never store the dumper with fuel as this may cause fire.
Refill high temperature lubrication grease (over 300℃) once every 200 hours (accumulated
operation time of the dumper).
Park the dumper on flat ground. Remove #1 bolt and disassemble the bucket. Detach #2
screws on both sides and open the upper cover of the engine (Figure 8).

Worm wheel box
Screw off the greasing bolt on the worm wheel box with a wrench (Figure 9) and fill the box
with high temperature lubrication grease. Then, screw on the bolt.

Jack screw
Loosen the binder of the protective sleeve (the binder on the lower end is removable), apply
high temperature lubrication grease on the screw (Figure 10), and then put on the protective
sleeve and tighten the binder.

Lifting gear box
Screw off the greasing bolt on the lifting gear box with a wrench (Figure 11) and fill the box
with high temperature lubrication grease. Then, screw on the bolt.

Planetary clutch
Fill it with high temperature lubrication grease (Figure 12).

Chain
Apply high temperature lubrication grease on the inner side of the chain (Figure 13).

Caterpillar
Check and adjust the tightness of the caterpillar frequently (Figure 14). It cannot be too tight.
Otherwise the front axle will be bent and cause damage to the dumper.
