Judy Freed serves as Marketing Program Manager for the Alliance for the Great Lakes.
She develops programs to help strengthen the organization’s public positioning and
revenue-generating capabilities so that it can be the best possible advocate for the Great
Judy has worked with companies and nonprofits in a variety of industries, including
educational publishing, arts/entertainment, apparel, home furnishings, audio publishing
and printing/pre-press. She holds an master’s degree in direct marketing from
Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in history and music from Harvard
Judy lives in the greater Chicago area. She enjoys swimming and observing nature along
Lake Michigan’s shores.
