Psychomotor Lesson Objectives: TSWBAT: perform the locomotor movements and other
activities on the worksheet with partners while wearing their HRM and trying to hit their target
heart rate zone.

Behavior- perform the locomotor movements and other activities on the worksheet

Criteria- trying to hit their target heart rate zone


Cognitive Lesson Objectives: TSWBAT: determine the changes in their heart rate using a
HRM by logging their information on the worksheet and comparing the changes in their heart
rate throughout the different exercises.

Affective Lesson Objective: TSWBAT: value the use of HRM while demonstrating their proper

High Skilled- students will try to hit 70-85% of the max heart rate

Low Skilled- students will try to hit 60-75% of their max heart rate
