The SaleBoat, Orlando’s Children’s
Consignment Event, Gives Back!
If you have been to The SaleBoat, the twice-annual children’s consignment event and
expo right here in the Conway area, then you know that folks are “going green” even
when it comes to their children’s items. There is no better way to Go Green than to
buy and sell those gently loved treasures like clothes, toys, baby gear & equipment,
shoes, furniture, games, books, and so much more.
The SaleBoat is not only passionate about helping families save money, but they are
also passionate about blessing children and families with their “Giving Back” program.
The SaleBoat, through the abundant generosity of its consignors, is giving back both
internationally and locally. The SaleBoat has partnered with Stepping Stone Haiti,
a non-profit organization, since 2010 to help in the 2010 Earthquake relief efforts.
Concluding each SaleBoat Event, Stepping Stone Haiti receives enough donated
clothes, shoes, and toys to ship several barrels full to Haiti. The items are
then distributed to various orphanages. With thousands of children orphaned during
the 2010 earthquake, the contributions by The SaleBoat and its consignors are nothing
