               I am reliable, punctual, meticulous and used to meeting deadlines.

PROFILE        Born and educated in England but with Spanish parents have always had the
               advantage of a completely bilingual background ensuring I have an extensive
               knowledge of both Spanish and English including slang terms and
               colloquialisms

               Although I am bilingual, I prefer to translate into English. I will look at any document
MAIN
TRANSLATIONS   and if I feel that I am not sufficiently qualified to translate that particular document, I
               will willingly admit to the fact.

               My main subjects are: Business/Commerce (general), Cooking/Culinary, Energy,
               Finance (general), General/Conversation/Greetings/Letters, Medical, Tourism and
               Travel.

               I regularly work for companies both here and the abroad and I am a member of Proz,

               My recent translation projects over the last 12 months have included:
               Medical translations in the fields of Trauma, ENT, Rheumatology and Neurology for a
               well-known medical journal. (ongoing)
               Press releases and articles for a top Spanish Business School (ongoing)
               Press releases and articles for a organization that deals with the promoting Africa in
               Spain (ongoing)
               Banking and financial documents in general and I was also involved with important
               documentation regarding the implementation of chip and pin machines.
               I collaborated in a book about top business people in Spain and translated many of the
               interviews. They are just starting a second edition with different people and have again
               asked for my collaboration.
               Biodiversity project with a UN organization
               Various websites for companies and recently finished one regarding underground waste
               storage bins.

               I have also translated documents for IDEPA in Asturias, collaborated with a Galician
               project with La Xunta de Galicia as well as some work for grants in the European Union.
               I have also been involved in a UNESCO project and banking documentation for a well-
               known organization.

               I regularly do interpreting work helped by my complete bilingualism and have recently
               worked for international organizations helping them as an interpreter in auditing
               situations.
