All Retail Food Vendors are required to have liability insurance coverage for at least two million dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence. Organizers
will adhere to the laws of City of Toronto, Province of Ontario and Canada including its copyright and trade-mark protections. Vendors must not sell, offer or possess
any illegal merchandise, including counterfeits or imitations of third-party goods and pirated CDs, VCDs and DVDs.
NAAAP Toronto retains the right to terminate this application without notice for breaches of a criminal or serious nature or for emergency and safety concerns, without
refund to the Vendor. By signing below, you hereby confirm that you have read through, fully understand and agree to be bound by the rules and regulations stated
on this form and on the reverse of this form, which together form one binding agreement.

T&T WATERFRONT NIGHT MARKET • RULES & REGULATIONS
DISCLAIMER Rules & Regulations are set forth and enforced by NAAAP Toronto and Apex Media Group, also referred to as; show management. Rules &
Regulations herby apply to the event currently known as: T&T Waterfront Night Market [WNM, the show].
1. TRANSPORTATION & ACCOMMODATIONS
All exhibitors are required to provide their own means of transportation to and from the show as well as accommodations while in town.
2. MOVE-IN & SET-UP
Exhibitors exhibits shall be placed in the designated space provided, and remain intact throughout the show. General move-in and set-up begins on Thursday July
21, 2011 at 12:00pm - 6:00pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday July 22-24, 2011 at 3:00pm - 5:00pm. IMPORTANT NOTICE – No transport vehicles will be permitted to
enter the show after half hour prior to commencement. All late vendors will be required to carry their product into the show.
Oversized booths, transport trucks/displays, and sponsored sections can begin move-in on Wed July 20, 2011 [or Thursday July 21, 2011] from 10:00am – 6:00pm.
Please note that special arrangements must be made with the show to provide adequate time for show management to prepare the display area, including tents,
All exhibits must remain intact until the show is officially deemed to be closed. Exhibitors will then be permitted to remove booths at 11:00pm on Sunday, July 24,
2011. No vehicles will be permitted to enter while public crowds remain. Any remaining exhibits shall then be repossessed and removed by the show management
and will not be held responsible for any losses and/or damages caused to the exhibitor’s exhibits during this time.
4. EXHIBITORS RESPONSIBILITIES
Any exhibitors that may have or come across any problems or situations during the show, must immediately file a report at the Administration Centre. Nothing
shall be nailed, tacked, screwed or otherwise attached to tents, backdrops, columns, fences, grounds, and other parts of the park without written approval of the
show. Exhibitors and their employees will be held liable for any damages due to negligence or default inflicted to the park and/or any equipment contained during
the licensing of the WNM. Exhibitors are obligated to enforce any rules, responsibilities, and/or regulations set forth by the show in which case exhibitors and its
employees shall not contest them.
5. INSURANCE & LIABILITIES
WNM nor the show management and its employees agents, associates and/or directors shall be held at anytime responsible, liable and/or accountable for any
damages, property lost, injuries and/or deaths to the exhibitors, its employees, agents and invitees, for any cause whatsoever during, before and/or after the show.
The exhibitor herby waives all rights on behalf of its associates (of any kind) to pursue any sort of lawsuit or redemption for any reasons whatsoever. Exhibitors
seeking insurance shall do so at their own expense. Food exhibitors must have liability insurance coverage for at least ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence.
WNM will have a maintenance team on hand to keep the park tidy and clean, however exhibitors are responsible at all times to keep proper maintenance of their
own exhibit space and surrounding areas. Exhibitors must remove any waste and keep the surrounding areas of their booth in a well-mannered fashion and remove
any such waste from the land at their own expense.
7. ADVERTISEMENT & PROMOTIONS
Any and all advertisement is restricted to the confines of the exhibitor’s booth area only. The exhibitor and its employees promoting their exhibits must remain in the
confines of the show and is not allowed to enter any other exhibitor’s space at anytime to promote their products. Any walkways, fences and overhead spaces are
strictly under control of the show. Operations of sound, lighting, and/or any other promotional device shall not be used at a level that will disrupt other exhibitors.
Show management reserve the right to disqualify and/or remove any form of advertisement and/or promotions at anytime whereas any cost will be at the exhibitor’s
8. DAMAGE TO EXHIBITORS SPACE
WNM or show management will not be responsible and/or liable at any time for any damages caused to the exhibitor’s exhibits and products. This includes all
means from riots, theft, moving in and out, overnight, acts of god and/or anything else relating to the matter.
9. LAWS & BY-LAWS
All Federal, Provincial, and Municipal rules, regulations and/or laws of the local Police Force, Fire Department and all other municipal authorities will be ensued by
the exhibitor. Exhibitors will have to obtain all necessary permits and licenses for use of any materials for the show at their own time and expense. Exhibitors must
then receive a written authorization from the show for use of any such materials. Organizers will adhere to the laws of the City of Toronto, Province of Ontario and
Canada including its copyright and trade-mark protections. Vendors must no sell, offer or possess any illegal merchandise, including counterfeits or imitations of
third-party goods, including but not limited to CDs, VCDs, and DVDs.
10. EXHIBITORS SUBLETTING
The subletting and sharing of space is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the show with no compensation.
11. SPACE ASSIGNMENT
Management shall use its best efforts to locate the booth in one of the locations desired by the exhibitor. Notwithstanding the above, management reserves the
right to change location assignments at any time, as it may in its sole discretion deem necessary, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
12. FAILURE TO COMPLY
WNM or show management has the right to enter any occupied space and to eject anyone who is, in it’s sole opinion, is objectionable and/or offensive. Exhibitors
hereby wave all rights and claims against show management and agree not to hold responsible and/or liable for any reason whatsoever.
13. CANCELLATIONS / FAILURE TO SHOW
If the exhibitor is allotted an exhibit space and does not take possession of the said space once the licensed agreement is signed, no refunds will be made to the
exhibitors regardless of the circumstances.
14. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
All payments are due as per stated in contract. If payment has not been made by the due date, show management reserves the right to refuse entry to the show
whereas no refunds shall be made to the exhibitor for any monies paid. Furthermore the exhibitor shall not be entitled to any compensation for refusal of entry,
business lost, or any damages that are in result of. All payments shall be made in full after June 1st, 2011. No refunds shall be made upon signing of contract.
