From my past experiences working with you, I know you won’t want to miss out on this
opportunity to meet with old friends and customers and to make new friends and contacts. The

For vendors, the Show has proven to be a successful venue year after year, and we anticipate that
this year will be even better than ever. Please consider joining us for this special event on
February 20 through February 22, 2009. The particulars are as follows. As always, please don’t
hesitate to contact me directly if you have questions. I’m looking forward to seeing you in 2009.
In 2008 the vendor tables sold out by the end of October, so timeliness is of the essence. Don’t
be left out because you waited too long!!

To all vendors who indicated a desire to have the same locations as in the 2008 Show,
I will try to accommodate your wishes, but I need your confirmation as soon as
possible. Please understand that your payment ($65 for Wall Tables and $60 for Floor
Tables) does not have to come with your confirmation. You’ve earned my confidence
by your timeliness in past years. Payment may be sent any time, however, I do ask
that you send payment not later than November 1, 2008 to reserve your same
locations. After November 1, 2008, I cannot guarantee location.
This year we will be setting up vendors and exhibitors on Friday night (February 20,
2009) as soon as the Vendor rooms are available and letting you do business as you
get set up. I hope this will help boost your sales. The Show itself will conclude with
awards at 12:00 Noon on Sunday.
I’m looking forward to another great show on February 20 (Friday evening), 21
(Saturday) and 22 (Sunday), 2009, and hope you can be here to enjoy it with us.
