Keep your business moving.
At Mercedes-Benz, we know your vehicle is your livelihood and that it’s vital to keep your car on the road. That’s why we
offer Mercedes-Benz Mobilo* to provide fast and effective assistance at the roadside should your vehicle fail to start
or can no longer continue its journey.
Even if your vehicle cannot be repaired at the roadside, Mercedes-Benz will tow you to the nearest Mercedes-Benz Official
Workshop‡ and ensure that your business is kept mobile with a replacement PCO vehicle.
What’s covered with Mercedes-Benz Mobilo:
Technical Breakdown
If your vehicle has a Mercedes-Benz component failure, Mercedes-Benz will provide a replacement PCO vehicle
for the duration of the Official Workshop repair^.
Minor Mishap and Accident
If your vehicle cannot be driven due to a minor mishap or accident, such as lost/locked in keys, wrong fuel/out of fuel,
multiple punctures or an accident, and if Official Workshop attention is required, Mercedes-Benz will provide a replacement
PCO vehicle for a maximum of three working days.

What services are offered?
On-the-spot help
If the required repair is a minor one, and can be completed at the roadside, Mercedes-Benz will cover the
cost of labour and small parts (excluding the cost of batteries, unless within the warranty period, tyres,
keys and fluids).
Recovery service
We will tow your vehicle to the nearest Official Workshop if you are unable to continue your journey
because of a technical breakdown, minor mishap or accident.
Replacement PCO vehicle
If you need a car while your vehicle is being repaired, Mercedes-Benz will arrange for you to have a
replacement PCO vehicle for the duration of the repair, for a maximum of three working days†.
Overnight accommodation / hotel
If same day repair is not possible, Mercedes-Benz will provide you and your passengers with hotel
accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis.
Plane / train
If your journey is continued by plane or train, Mercedes-Benz will reimburse you and your passengers for
these costs up to a maximum value of £280 per person.
Taxi / public transport
If you need to collect a replacement vehicle, Mercedes-Benz will reimburse you for the cost of a taxi up to
the value of £45.
Return of vehicle
If your repairs take longer than three days, Mercedes-Benz will cover the cost of delivering your vehicle
back to your local Mercedes-Benz Official Workshop, once the repair is complete.
Enhanced Mobility**
We also offer a tailored roadside assistance package specifically for Chauffeurs. Our Enhanced Mobility
package provides a replacement vehicle for a maximum of five days if yours is driven into a Mercedes-Benz
Official Workshop for any of the following reasons:
• Satellite navigation not working
• Gearbox issues
• Engine management light on
• Air conditioning not working
• Emergency mode¤
Enhanced mobility is available free of charge with either the Chauffeur Complete Care or the Chauffeur
Service Care plans.

Free TRACKER stolen vehicle recovery unit*
In the UK a car gets stolen every five minutes, with half of them never being seen again.
We know that your car is vital for your business and in the event of it being stolen you’d want it recovered
as quickly as possible. That’s why we’re offering you a free TRACKER unit when you take out either our
Chauffeur Complete Care or Chauffeur Service Care plan.
Should your Mercedes-Benz ever get stolen, TRACKER greatly improves your chances of getting it back
with minimum impact on your business.
Over 90%** of stolen cars fitted with TRACKER are returned to their owners and 80% of these are recovered
within 24 hours.

TRACKER
How TRACKER works.
• TRACKER Monitor is a small tracking device which is hidden in your Mercedes-Benz.
• Once activated, TRACKER Monitor uses its unique Very High Frequency (VHF) technology to track
your vehicle if it is stolen.
• Taking advantage of its inbuilt motion sensor, TRACKER Monitor will alert TRACKER if a vehicle is
moved illegally without the owner’s consent.
• If your Mercedes-Benz is stolen without its ignition turned on, TRACKER Monitor will alert TRACKER
who will in turn notify you of a possible theft. Once you contact the police and confirm to TRACKER
that your vehicle has been stolen, TRACKER will activate your unit.
• Police cars and helicopters can track the stolen vehicle using their onboard tracking computers, even
if the vehicle is hidden in a garage, container or underground car park.
The benefits of TRACKER.
TRACKER is the only stolen vehicle recovery product operated by all 52 Police forces in the UK. In
addition, TRACKER will not only assist with the recovery of your stolen vehicle, it could also reduce your
insurance premium as a number of insurance companies offer a discount for TRACKER protected vehicles.
Please note, some insurance companies insist on vehicles over a certain value having a tracking unit fitted.
Subscription and fitting costs.
If you take out a Mercedes-Benz Complete Care plan, the TRACKER unit as well as the fitting is included
free of charge saving you £374. However, if you choose a Chauffeur Service Care plan, we will provide the
unit free of charge and the cost of fitting TRACKER is £149.†
Whichever you decide, annual subscription for TRACKER peace of mind is £149, or a one-off payment
of £399 for three years.

Stick to the road this winter.
We want to ensure that you’re prepared for whatever the weather throws at you and that you can
keep moving when your customers need you to.
Snow and ice are obvious winter risks, but at temperatures below 7°C, wet conditions can be just as
dangerous. That’s why Mercedes-Benz Cold Weather Tyres have been specifically designed and tested
to keep you and your passengers as safe as possible in these conditions.
These innovative tyres are produced with higher levels of natural rubber to help them remain supple
at low temperatures. This suppleness allows the tread to form an effective contact with the road
surface, providing better grip and handling for braking, accelerating and cornering.
In fact, in chilly, wet conditions Cold Weather Tyres can decrease your stopping distances by 10%,
and by as much as 50% on icy or snowy surfaces.
