                                              Attendance in classes is limited to registered participants
                                              only. Parents and siblings are not allowed in class unless
                                              otherwise stated.

                                              Recreation programs are designed for specific age groups.
                                              Participants must be the age designated in the class
                                              description before the course begins. Birth certificates may
                                              be requested.

                                              RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS AND BOUNDARIES
                                              A Village of Shorewood Resident is described as a person
                                              whose legal domicile is within the boundaries of the Village
                                              of Shorewood. Residency is the principle place of habitation
                                              of the individual occupying the home, apartment,
                                              condominium or estate. It shall be the principal yearly
                                              residence for the family residing at that location. The
                                              resident must be able to produce a valid driver’s license or
                                              state I.D., and a current property tax bill or voter’s
                                              registration card verifying residency at that location.

                                              No participant shall, on the basis of race, sex, creed,
                                              national origin, or disability, be denied equal access to
                                              programs, activities, services or benefits, or be limited in the

                                              Walk-in registration is processed at Shorewood Village Hall.
                                              Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until
                                              4:30 pm. For your convenience, if you are not able to get to
                                              our offices during normal working hours, there is a drop box
                                              located in the rear or east side of our building. Registration
                                              payment can only be accepted in the form of check, money

               VETERAN’S MEMORIAL ORDER FORM
To honor those that have served this great country, the Village of
Shorewood built a Veteran’s Memorial at the entrance of the
Towne Center. Phase I of the Memorial has been completed.
Phase II consists of completion of the fountain and a walk way
which will be completed at a later date when funds become
available.

Order Instructions: Each brick will have your veteran’s branch of
service crest on the left-hand side of the brick. The Veteran’s
name and any additional wording, i.e. name of the military
branch, unit name, name of a particular conflict, etc., is at the
discretion of the donor.


When filling out the order form below, make sure to write information EXACTLY as you want it to be
presented on the brick, paying special attention to punctuation, abbreviation, etc. lettering on the memorial
bricks will be capitalized. Sample:
