ATCS-1   Advanced knowledge of construction methods and techniques, construction safety
         standards (29 CFR 1926, EM 385-1-1, ANSI/ASTM A-10 & B-30 series) and
         practices
ATMS-1   Advanced knowledge of marine safety requirements (USCG, OSHA, & EM 385-1-1)
         for vessels and maritime work (includes vessel equipment and safety features,
         crew safe procedures such as line handling, drills, vessel transfer, vessel operation,
         floating plant systems, marine construction, dredging, and commercial diving)

ATSS-1   Ability to identify and manage risks throughout the life cycle of a system
ATCA-1   Advanced knowledge of chemical agents and their physiological effects; and the
         ability to manage a comprehensive chemical agent safety program including:
         training, standard operating procedures, monitoring, handling, controlling, storing,
         transporting, decontaminating, disposal and emergency preparedness and
         response
ATBA-1   Advanced knowledge of biological agents, their etiology; and the ability to manage
         a comprehensive biological agent safety program including: training, standard
         operating procedures, controlling, monitoring, handling, storing, transporting,
         decontaminating, disposing, and emergency preparedness and response.
ATBA-2   Knowledge of design, construction and operational requirements (Center for
         Disease Control “Biosafety in Microbiological and Biomedical Laboratories & Army)
         for biological safety level laboratories
AOHP-1   Advanced knowledge of health physics principles for all sources of ionizing and
         nonionizing radiation and the ability to manage a comprehensive radiological safety
         program including: monitoring, dosimetry, transportation, life-cycle management of
         radioactive sources, radioactive waste, and emergency response

AOHP-2   Knowledge and ability to manage licensing and control requirements of radiation
         safety programs including: NRC Licenses, DA authorizations, DA permits, other
         federal agency (DOE, EPA, FDA, DHS…) regulations and guidance from NCRP,
         ICRP, ANSI, IAEA and other applicable organizations
AOIH-1   Ability to use statistical methods to create similar exposure groups, analyze
         exposure data and develop exposure assessment strategies
AOIH-2   Ability to implement and administer the industrial hygiene aspects of specific
         programs, e.g., hazardous waste, chemical demilitarization, hearing conservation,
         vision conservation, respiratory protection, personal protective equipment, indoor
         air quality, asbestos abatement, and lead paint abatement
