     HIGHER SECONDARY EXAMINATION MARCH 2009, REVALUATION/
             SCRUTINY / PHOTOCOPY OF ANSWER SCRIPTS
                                        NOTIFICATION

          Candidate who wants to Revaluate/Scrutiny/Photocopy of answer script can apply in the
prescribed form along with the attested copy of the certificate and required fee remitted by way
of Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalised Bank in favour of Joint Director (Examination)
Directorate      of   Higher    Secondary     Education,      Thiruvananthapuram   payable    at
Thiruvananthapuram on or before 28-05-2009.
          The application in the prescribed forms should reach the Secretary, Board of Higher
Secondary Examination & the Joint Director (Examination), Directorate of Higher Secondary
Examination, Housing Board buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001. The
envelope containing the application should be superscribed Application Revaluation/ crutiny/
Photocopy of Higher Secondary Examination, March 2009 answer script (Write only which
ever is applicable)

FEE DETAILS

     Revaluation        -      Rs.400/- (Per paper/Subject – Botany and Zoology will be
                               treated as one paper for Revaluation only)
     Scrutiny           -      Rs.75/- (Per paper/Subject)
     Photocopy          -      Rs.300/- (Per paper/Subject)

           Amount, D D No. & date and Name of Bank should be noted in the application form and
the Name of the student, Register Number with subjects to which Revaluation/Scrutiny/
Photocopy of answer script sought should be noted on the overleaf of the D D.
          The candidates appeared for the examination from Gulf Centres and Lakshadweep can
also remit the required fee through any bank by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Joint
Director (Examination) Directorate of Higher Secondary Education, Thiruvananthapuram,
payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

          Applications which are belated and not in the prescribed form and which are found
defective in any respect will not be entertained and will be summarily rejected without further
notice.
