Support The programme will present even the most competent graduate with great challenges. As they go through their core placements there may be times when they need a sounding board to guide them through the projects they are undertaking. Throughout the development programme each graduate will receive on-going support from an individual mentor. In addition they will have a line manager within each placement that will provide them with day-to-day guidance and supervision and they will also be supported by the programme co-ordinator. The programme co-ordinator will ensure that placements are co-ordinated on the graduate’s behalf, that they have access to training and development activities and that their performance is reviewed through a Personnel Development Report for each placement.
