Mission: The College of Engineering & Engineering Technology will offer Bachelor and Master degree programs in Engineering with concentrations in Chemical, Civil,
Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering and Associate and Bachelor degree programs in Engineering Technology with concentrations in Electronics, Instrumentation, and Process
Plant Technology. The College of E&ET will maintain national accreditation for the Bachelor of Science in Engineering and the Associate and Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Technology degree programs by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Engineering Technology (ABET). The College of E&ET will meet the educational needs of its
students, serve the local community, including industry, and society at large by providing cultural and educational leadership, stimulate students toward maximum intellectual and
professional growth while at the same time providing an atmosphere conducive to their development. The College of E&ET will also provide the facilities and the opportunities
necessary to search for truth and the expansion of knowledge through research, design, and other forms of creative expression.
