Continuing the annual tradition, Florida has enacted legislation that there will be no sales tax
collected during the period from August 12, 2011 through August 14, 2011, on the sale of clothing,
footwear, and certain accessories selling for $75 or less per item; or school supplies having a sales
price of $15 or less per item. These tax exemptions do not apply to sales within a theme park or
entertainment complex, a public lodging establishment, or an airport.

Are You Struggling with Your Weight or Related Health Issues?
What if you could lose 2-4 lbs. per week safely, without counting calories,
                                 being hungry, or losing muscle?
Dear Patients and Friends,

For over 30 years at Pavlik Chiropractic, we have offered our patients the latest treatments to help them live healthy lives. Having an effective weight-management program
that can easily be integrated into one’s life is, in our opinion, the most basic yet powerful thing we can do to look good, feel good, fight disease, and slow the aging process.

My staff and have helped dozens of people lose weight, while teaching them how to keep the weight off for good.

Our program does not offer a magic pill, nor is it a “diet.” It is a complete lifestyle program featuring great-tasting meal replacements combined with the education and
support of our team. It has been clinically proven to be safe and effective. Studies show the average person lost 2-4 lbs. per week without hunger, cravings, or loss of
muscle tissue, while experiencing significant improvements in existing health issues such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes. Additionally, this program is
affordable and most people find it costs about as much as they currently spend on eating.

Because it is so easy and because of the success we have seen, we have decided to make this program available to all of our patients.

We are holding monthly orientations at our office to introduce the program and support those currently enrolled. Make this the year you get healthy and change your life for
good by joining us for one of our upcoming seminars. You will hear first hand from some of our patients who have lost between 20 and 50+ lbs. on this program. Or, simply
call for a free consultation with one of our Doctors directly.

To attend one of our Free Orientation Seminars or schedule a private consultation and evaluation, call the office at 407-423-4761.
