How to tell if there is PCBS and Mercury in Fish Oil Capsules?

There are a few ways someone can tell if there is Mercury and PCBS in a fish oil capsule brand. First let’s
talk about exactly what mercury is and how it’s unhealthy.

Mercury is a metal that is found in the earth. Our bodies can deal with some mercury because they can
get rid of it. However the type of mercury that is deadly is called methylmercury and it is a neurotoxin
which means it harms the nervous system and the brain.

If someone is exposed to this type of mercury they can experience vision, speech or hearing problems.
They can experience dizziness, loss of memory, autism, a lowering of IQ and even permanent damage.

The fascinating aspect of methylmercury is that scientists are unsure on how it enters the oceans. You
may read on the internet that it comes from coal plants or runoff but that may not be true.

This is one reason that some people like fish oil capsules because there is less of a chance of it being
contaminated. The bad news is that some fish oil capsules may have mercury poisoning in them.

One way to evaluate a fish oil capsule is to see if it has mercury is by looking at the company. Older
companies are safer than newer companies. Another tip would be to see if the product has a certificate
of analysis. This certificate or COA for short helps to ensure the ingredients are safe and that you will get
what you think you’re getting.

Ok, let’s go over PCBS and what the heck it is? Are you ready? Well, PCBS basically is a group of
chemicals that was created in the 1930’s. It was used to create coolants and lubrications in machines
and billions of this stuff was made.

In the 1970’s scientists started catching on that this stuff was unhealthy and they banned it. The bad
news is that this stuff doesn’t decompose easily and well people can consume it with fish.

There are a few major reasons on why it’s not a good idea to consume PCBS. For starters lab tests show
that it’s a carcinogen and it causes cancer which is a bummer right? It also damages important parts of a
human like the immune system, digestion, the nervous system and the heart and blood system.

So this is another reason why some people may want a fish oil brand to get the omega3 benefits without
this risk. Why is omega 3 helpful you may ask? To ensure this article doesn’t get too long let’s just say
it’s one of the most helpful substances out there.

Ok, the million dollar question is how to avoid this stuff in fish oil? One more tip I will give you is to do
some research on the brand that your about to buy. The international community does have tests and
there are four of them. The more tests that the brand you’re looking at passes when it comes to quality
the less risky it is.

The sad truth is that supplements can easily do more harm than good. This is really bad because you
could be spending money and doing more harm to yourself. Now of course supplements can be
incredibly healthy and beneficial if you pick the right ones. Plus they are very convenient because all you
have to do is consume a pill.

Now I touched on a few tips on how to do this in this article but there are tons and tons more. In fact I
wrote an in-depth report that explains 6 of the biggest red flags that will tell you a product is most likely
harmful.

I go over 8 of the most dangerous ingredients that is commonly found in supplements. Plus a whole lot
more in this report. This report is completely free and to view it click on utahtexans.com
