Things you need to do soon • Get a passport, it will cost around $90 and takes about 4 months to process. • Make sure you are up to date with your shots, although no more are necessary for this trip – talk to you doctor. • Buy insurance (travel or health) as you book the trip. – we need proof of travel insurance. Things to do Sept-Dec. • Forms and student picture. • Make payments on the website. • Check teachers’ websites for information. Closer to the trip • Read over guide lines to what is permitted on a plane. • Break-in Walking shoes and pack comfortable clothes. • You can only bring what you can carry in one trip (from bus to room). • Medication • Exchange money in euros.
