The meeting was chaired by the Vice-Chairman, Councillor Peter Owen.

1.1 Apologies were accepted from Richard Camp who

2. DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

4.2 Consideration of grant to cover Councillors felt that since the Cricket Cover 4.1
