CLE HOURS: This program is accredited under the regu-
lations of the Iowa Supreme Court Commission on Con-
tinuing Legal Education. It is planned that this program
will provided 15.5 hours toward the mandatory continuing
legal education requirements under the Iowa rule. We
have also applied for 2.0 hours of Ethics and 4.0 hours of
Federal CLE credit.
REGISTRATION: Early registration is strongly recom-
mended. Registering on or before October 18 qualifies

you materials. Registering the day of the seminar may November 10th & 11th 2005
