Classes are offered evening, weekend and online. The Criminal Justice program offers daytime
Students may start in the fall, spring or summer semester. Management program must be
started in the fall.
Students may take classes part‐time or full‐time. On‐site students may take up to 12 credit
PART‐TIME/FULL‐TIME hours per semester. Online students may take up to 19 credit hours per semester. Most
programs can be completed in 2+ years.
Minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale for admission to the university.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS Overall GPA of 2.25 or higher for admission to Business.
Overall GPA of 2.75 or higher with competitive admission for Nursing.

Official transcripts from all colleges/universities previously attended.
Students who have completed the AA degree at JCCC will have met general education
requirements and enter with junior status. UCMO does not limit the number of hours accepted
and applied to the bachelor’s degree from a 2‐year institution providing major and upper
division requirements are met.
A minimum of 120 credit hours is required for a bachelor’s degree, at least 30 hours at Central.
CURRICULUM & DEGREE
A minimum of 30 upper division hours are required, 20 of which must be at Central. General
education and courses in the major must be completed to earn a bachelor’s degree.
CREDIT FOR LIFE EXPERIENCE Not available.
$251.30 per credit hour for all undergraduate courses. Students taking 9 or more hours will pay
TUITION & FEES
$420 in general fees per semester. Students taking less than 9 hours will pay $28 per credit
hour in general fees. A $50 fee is charged to all incoming students on their first bill.
Pay with pending federal, state and other types of scholarship, grant and loan assistance.
Students who transfer to the Summit Center may qualify for merit scholarships, based on grades
SCHOLARSHIPS and active Phi Theta Kappa membership. Students must be admitted with official transcripts on
record by November 1 for spring admission or April 1 for fall admission.
Several types of federal and state grants, low‐interest loans and employment programs are
FINANCIAL AID available to help qualified students. Complete and submit the FAFSA to be considered.
Students applying for 6 or more credit hours may be eligible to receive financial aid.
