This has reference to the meeting our Mr Ram Prasad Manager (Commercials) had with you
on 14th July 2013 in connection with pending payment of rent to you for godown taken at
Khapoli as well as our outstanding Rs. …………. in the name of M/s ABC Corporation ( your
Dealer Company ).

During the course of discussion, it was decided that our Accountant will sit with your
Accountant and reconcile the accounts and ascertain the amount payable by M/s ABC
Corporation to Rocket Sales Ltd. as well as rent payable by Rocket Sales Ltd..

Once the reconciliation is completed and outstanding payment from M/s ABC Corporation is
paid and Rocket Sales Ltd. received the same, we will clear all your pending rent payment &
deposit without further delay.
