Përshkrimi

      Accountable for conducting the training in accounting in the locations within Kosovo
      Assigns lessons and checks homework
      Administers tests to evaluate student’s progress, records results, and provides progress
       reports as required by ProCredit Bank Management /Training Department.
      Meets with Training Department on regular basis to discuss student progress and
       problems
      Keeps attendance records and maintains the learning environment

       Qualifications:

                 University Degree in Economics/Finance and Accounting.
                 Master's degree preferred, SCAAK Certificate and/or teaching experience.




       Required Skills:

              Effective communication skills
              Good analytical skills
              Capable of giving constructive feedback to training participants
      Good command of English (both written and spoken)

      An enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent communication,
       presentation skills, and strong time management skills
      Ability to transfer and transmit the knowledge
      Open to students' diversity (values, cultural background)
