DSA is designed to be self-installable. If you wish to have Lucent BCS install

End-of-support for TERRANOVA means that Lucent Technologies Enterprise Networks will no longer offer spare parts, programming
modifications, software support or the use of related technical resources, on either a service agreement or a Time and Materi als basis
for this product. Pre-existing services agreements expiring beyond the announced end-of-support date will be honored through their
term but will not be renewed. If a non-renewed agreement covers additional products for which support is not being ended, a
replacement service agreement covering those products will be offered.
Effective June 21, 1999 Lucent Technologies Enterprise Networks no longer sells future releases or upgrades of TERRANOVA. If you
have a post warranty service agreement, Lucent BCS will no longer provide maintenance contract coverage for TERRANOVA after
December 31, 2000. To assure continued maintenance service coverage for other products, which Lucent BCS will continue to
support after this date, all you need to do is pay the maintenance service bill we send you for the month following the expiration of our
current arrangement with you. Maintenance coverage for those continued products would be at Lucent Technologies Enterprise
Networks standard terms and conditions in effect at the time you pay the bill.
