									Technical Customer Support Specialist (Hillsboro, OR)

customers in the Industrial and HVAC markets. We are a rapidly expanding company
seeking talented individuals to grow with us. At Cerus Industrial, we strive to put the
customer’s needs above all else. As a Technical Customer Support Representative,
you will provide technical guidance to support customers’ use of our products.

Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
-Providing technical support and troubleshooting
-Maintaining our standard product catalog and keeping accurate Bills Of Materials
(BOMs)
-Processing customer returns and investigating warranty requests
-Occasional travel may be necessary

As the technical arm of the sales team, the required abilities are:
-Two or Four year degree in Engineering or other Technical discipline
-Comfortable working in high stress environments
-Able to manage your own time and prioritize tasks
-Excellent interpersonal skills and an outgoing attitude
-Customer service experience (by telephone or other) preferred
-Self-starter, willing to take initiative to solve a problem
-MUST HAVE basic fundamental understanding of electric circuits
